Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the Point Forward Service. By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the conduct described below. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Point Forward to:

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation, including export-control, sanctions, and anti-corruption laws.
2. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others (copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret).
3. Transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, worms, or any other harmful code.
4. Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.
5. Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any person or entity.
6. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
7. Access or attempt to access data belonging to any organization other than your own.
8. Disrupt the Service, interfere with other users, or attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
9. Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by law.
10. Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatedly extract data from the Service other than through documented APIs and within published rate limits.
11. Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, spam, or bulk messages.
12. Upload or process any of the following categories of data without prior written consent from Anchor Point Consultancy LLC:
    • Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA
    • Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or classified national-security information
    • Payment card data governed by PCI DSS
    • Personal data of children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 in the EEA
13. Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
14. Use the Service in a way that violates our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

2. Reporting Violations

If you believe a user is violating this Policy, please report the conduct to dynesdalila@proton.me. We investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action.

3. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Policy may result in one or more of the following, at our sole discretion: warning, feature restriction, account suspension, permanent account termination, deletion of User Content, referral to law enforcement, and legal action for damages.

4. Changes

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
